We have been using PowerSchool for our student information system since the 2010-2011 school year. Parents and/or Legal Guardians of TPS students may access information for each of their students through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Each parent/guardian who wishes to access their student's information must first complete and sign an access request form at their student's school. Relationship information must be verified by presenting photo identification before any access to student data is granted.
Once access has been granted, each parent/guardian will be given an access code for their student. This code will be used when creating their own personal PowerSchool Single Sign-On (SSO) account (username and password). Additional students may be added to the account when access is approved. Only one PowerSchool account should be created for each parent/guardian.
Parents will be able to access student information in PowerSchool shortly following Student Enrollment each year.
Account information (username and password) for students who are enrolled after the school year has started may either be requested directly from the student's school OR instructions will be distributed at Parent-Teacher Conferences in October.
